If you haven't yet tried it, I highly recommend
www.simpleology.com It's a FREE program that lets you get CLEAR on what's important and then stay focused on accomplishing it.

I sometimes find 'traditional goal setting' doesn't work for people - because they stay focused on what is missing. But, when we set values and intentions and then take steps to move towards it, now that's another story. One with a happy ending, for sure!

I used to be a non-goal person. Resistant to the core though I wouldn't have called it that. I used to think that I'd limit myself if I "planned" everything. WOW was I wrong.
One of my best coaches told me to call my master plan a "freedom Plan" because it would create a way for me to do what I wanted as well as what I had to do to get somewhere.
Oh and that's the next part. Without a goal/vision what do we move towards? Well pretty much anywhere the wind blows, not to be too cliched. It is SO important to get the concept of "what we focus on expands." Couple that with the art of "allowing" and I believe we've got it made. I've seen so much more progress in my life with these things under my belt.
Am I perfect at planning and goal setting? No but I am practicing it daily, setting small milestones on my way to the big things and in that way I get to celebrate like crazy on a daily basis. Now we're having fun!
